Depending on your needs we can incorporate movement, coaching, and/or reiki into our sessions. I always aim to meet my clients where they are at and this means the approach varies depending on your needs for any given session.
With my clients wishing to focus on their relationship with food and body, I believe it’s important to shift the focus away from weight loss, and instead I use the tools of my training as a Mind-Body Nutrition coach incorporating Intuitive Eating practices as well as a Health at Every Size approach.
I believe in the importance of empowering my clients to find their own answers to the challenges they are facing. As a coach, I believe my role is to be an advocate, supporter and possibly an educator but ultimately I want all of my clients to discover their own ability to make powerful, life affirming decisions.
