Welcome to Be Moved! Our focus is embodiment: body awareness, an increased feeling of strength, confidence and resiliency that will translate into your day-to-day life.
We believe it’s important to teach our students the basics of a yoga and movement practice before sending you into our Level 1 classes and up, especially if you are just getting started or have any injuries. Which is why we strongly recommend all new students attend our Get Moving! (For Beginners) 4-week series.
In this series you will learn:
The importance of breath and how to breath efficiently
Mindfulness through a moving practice
Main yoga poses and how to make them accessible to you while building strength, flexibility and mobility.
How to improve your balance in fun and unique ways!
While participating in this series you will receive a weekly follow up email with resources to help you further integrate the information taught in each class.

Experienced Yoga/Movement Practitioners
Students with an existing yoga and movement practice will enjoy our Level 1 classes. We will help you deepen and strengthen your practice while teaching you new movement skills, increasing mobility and overall body awareness.
